Extortion and pressure generally work

Editor,

The concept of Constitutional governance in all matters in which the USA (the People) are the principle or a party, particularly in this budget “shutdown-showdown,” has been deliberately, grossly, and criminally distorted.

Service of each House Rep is owed directly to the interests of their district and the state, and must serve the best interest of the nation within the global strategic design, and must satisfy security and US principles’ needs.

National Geographic docu series, Drugs Inc., especially “Boston Benzo Buzz” (available free on app), shows the direct land route of heroin that bypasses authorized entry portals. Speaker Pelosi is imposing a 1st Amendment religious/morals objection to a tactical fence designed to redirect all traffic to portals – such that asylum seekers are registered, assisted and aided upon entry.

The principle at issue is that of proper duty, violation of the 1st Amendment and the need to restore speech, assembly, debate, and regular order; no committee has any power to bind any vote. A non-public, unofficial, unrecorded, undebated Party leadership “agreement” with Democrats’ strategic decision to impose a shutdown using recess as a compliance tactic was intended to impose maximal pressure once Pelosi assumed the Speakership. Democrats ignored GOP requests to complete the deal, including wall funding, as the House passed.

President Trump decided to support the House GOP who objected to Party compliance as they correctly identified that the zero wall policy was installed as moral objection to Democrat “platform.” Pelosi is replicating the same extortion and extreme pressure as a “compliance tactic,” to nullify Executive Branch deliberative independent decision and vote, while those conditions force her “own” Democrat paid for House caucus to subsume individual decision to Party command. 18 USC 205 criminal conduct applies to both Party processes, management and abuse of power.

We can take back control of Congress to we, the people.
