One of our neighbors is having trouble keeping their cattle contained. I don’t know if they are exceptionally bright cattle, just lost or their owners are hoping to market them as “free range.” I am wondering, when they end up on my property, can I rescue them? Should I drop them off at the animal shelter? Please advise.
