Diane Peschka, of Berryville, Ark., passed away Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, with her husband Vince by her side.
Diane was born April 10, 1959, to Robert and Doreen Pryde in Merced, Calif. With her father in the Air Force, she moved several times growing up, mostly in the northern California area. She also spent several years in Tachikawa, Japan, where she learned to love Japanese food.
She worked for HP and Motorola in the Silicon Valley before moving to Austin, Texas. In 2004 she met Vince, and they immediately became inseparable, marrying in 2006. Diane was a stained and fused glass artist. With her talents and eye for color ,she and Vince enjoyed selling her artwork at craft shows and meeting many other crafters and artist in central Texas.
In 2013, she and Vince decided to get away from the big city life and relocated on top of a bluff 250 feet above the Kings River to enjoy sme easier country living. It was therapy for her watching the seasons change, bald eagles fly, attracting as many hummingbirds as she could, as well as all other birds and wildlife in the area. She enjoyed helping with all the projects and planning that has made their house a home. She was an awesome cook.
Diane is survived by her loving husband Vince Peschka, three brothers and their wives and children, and three stepdaughters. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Memorial services will be held at a later date at Grandview Baptist Church.
