Arkansas State Police identified the woman killed in a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 187 North last Friday afternoon as Clementine S. Moncravie, 54, of Eureka Springs. The ASP report said Moncravie was alone in a 1998 Honda CRV traveling west toward Beaver when she ran off the roadway to the right, struck an embankment and overturned. Moncravie was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the 273rd Arkansas traffic fatality in 2016.
