First off, kudos to your reporters for patiently and unbiasedly reporting on our infamous City Council week after week. I am far from alone when I say our City Council is a joke and a laughing stock in our community. The behavior of most of them is not even sophomoric, it’s reprehensible.
Our City Council should be focused on helping our business community, improving Eureka Springs to make it more viable, preserving our history, and working hard to ensure tax dollars are appropriately spent. None of them seems interested in doing much of anything productive and it would behoove our little town if those who can vote booted them all out. For a while reading about their meetings was entertaining, but now it’s gotten to the point of being absurdly offensive.
