10:01 a.m. – Because of a triggered burglary alarm at a business on US 62, the constable checked and found a front door open but the building was clear.
March 7
1:48 p.m. – Traffic violation prompted constable to initiate a traffic stop, and he arrested the driver for driving on a revoked license.
2:34 p.m. – Administrator at a care facility asked for constable assistance in removing a discharged person and two family members from the premises. The discharged person was served with a warrant out of Berryville PD, and all three were escorted off the property.
5:30 p.m. – Constable responded to a neighbor dispute near downtown. He took information from one of the disputants but no report was necessary.
5:52 p.m. – Concerned resident in a neighborhood reported speeding vehicles, but the constable never encountered them.
March 8
10:52 a.m. – Several calls came in about two large dogs running amok in a neighborhood above downtown. Animal Control counseled the owner on leash laws.
3:31 p.m. – Constable repaired a parking meter downtown.
4:34 p.m. – Noise complaint came in about two musicians in front of a particular business downtown, and the constable urged them to move along.
March 9
1:08 p.m. – Reports came in about an individual with two large dogs living in a van parked in a parking lot near downtown. Constables went to the scene but did not make contact with the individual.
5:08 p.m. – Constables went to the middle school to check on a possible protection order violation.
11:43 p.m. – ESPD got word of a possibly erratic driver headed toward town from the west. Constables watched for but did not encounter the vehicle.
March 10
4:28 p.m. – This time the report of erratic driving was closer to the middle of town. Again, constables did not encounter the vehicle.
March 11
12:12 a.m. – EMS requested constable assistance for a medical call at a bar, and constables complied.
12:56 a.m. – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for DWI, implied consent and careless driving/speeding.
4:25 a.m. – Resident near downtown claimed there was suspicious activity going on nearby, but responding constables found the area safe and secure.
March 12
1:47 a.m. – Something triggered the front door alarm at a business, but the constable found nothing awry and the building secure.
