6:39 p.m. – Caller said he was being harassed, and officer advised the two parties to stay away from each other and stop communicating.
7:59 p.m. – Caller said her friend was suicidal and requested a welfare check on her. Officers talked with the woman, determined she was not going harm herself and made sure she had someone staying with her for the night.
10 p.m. – Officer assisted deputies in locating a wrecked vehicle on Hwy. 23N. It was located and towed.
10:47 p.m. – Officer assisted with traffic control for a stalled semi on US62W until deputy arrived.
Dec. 6
9:17 a.m. – A female who had an infection from surgery and was possibly depressed and drinking was transported to ESH.
9:57 a.m. – A burglary alarm was cancelled before arrival.
Dec. 7
6:19 p.m. – Caller said an intoxicated male was walking along US62 carrying a case of beer. Officer located and assisted him in getting a room for the night.
Dec. 8
9:42 a.m. – Caller said two loose dogs were menacing caller’s cats. The dogs were not located, and Animal Control will follow up.
Dec. 10
10:56 a.m. – A possibly suicidal male was reported, but he was not home on arrival.
11:36 a.m. – The male’s phone was pinging near Black Bass Lake. Officers went there, talked to him, and he was fine.
1:06 p.m. – Caller described an erratically driven vehicle downtown. Officers located a matching car that presented no reason to be pulled over.
11:53 p.m. – Officer transported a male from the Benton County jail to the Carroll County jail due to an outstanding local warrant.
Dec. 11
6:59 p.m. – A male walked into ESPD to report that he was being harassed. A report was taken.
7:59 p.m. – Caller said a vehicle with no taillights on E. Van Buren was being followed by a CCSO deputy. When officers located the vehicle, it was parked.
11:04 p.m. – Two females were arrested on outstanding warrants from multiple agencies and driving on a suspended license.
Dec. 12
12:24 a.m. – Caller said an intoxicated female in a blue car was screaming at another female with a car alarm going off, then going into a residence. Officers arrested the screamer for criminal trespass after she refused multiple times to leave the premises despite the homeowner asking her to.
