Oct. 31

6:08 p.m. – A runaway juvenile was found.

6:53 p.m. – Kids were shooting Nerf guns at people. That stopped.

7:40 p.m. – Officers were advised that people were driving out of control on White Street, but officers on the scene said traffic was slow and smooth.

9:45 p.m. – A juvenile who ran away again was found.

10:06 p.m. – A female was reported to be surrounded by men in the gravel parking lot across from the train station. She was found to be dancing for them.

10:19 p.m. – Juvenile who ran away again was found again.

10:54 p.m. – A fire alarm on Spring St. was a false alarm that was reset.

Nov. 1

12:10 a.m. – Officers were advised that a man was falling off a ledge near the Pendergrass Corner bathrooms. EMS took him to the hospital.

10:30 a.m. – A vehicle was blocking a residence driveway. The owner moved it just before it was towed.

11:02 a.m. – A report on stolen window displays on Spring St. was taken.

Nov. 2

4:56 a.m. – A runaway juvenile was found and returned.

10:24 a.m. – A report was taken on an accident that happened on Main St. where one party left prior to an exchange of information.

4:04 p.m. – A male reported that a woman with a warrant was in a grocery store. Officers were advised that she did not have a warrant.

4:10 p.m. – A trolley stalled out on Magnetic Rd. and an officer helped it out.

10:05 p.m. – A male in a vehicle covered in tarps and in a grocery store parking lot was told he would have to get up and go.

11:09 p.m. – Officers followed up on a welfare check for a female. She told them she neither needed nor wanted them there.

Nov. 3

12:23 a.m. – Officers responded to an unresponsive male on Kingshighway who was DOA. An autopsy is pending. Another party at the residence was arrested on a felony bench warrant from another state.

6:14 p.m. – A car caught on fire in front of a highway restaurant. A report was taken.

10:19 p.m. – Madison County officers arrested a woman on a Eureka Springs warrant. She was transported to the Carroll County jail.

10:42 p.m. – Caller reported people yelling and cursing near a highway motel. Officer found no one in the area.

Nov. 4

5:50 p.m. – Officers were advised of a female refusing to leave but they assisted her in that.

7 p.m. – Someone requested a welfare check on a woman sitting outside a store. Officers checked on her.

8:36 p.m. – A Planer Hill accident resulted in the arrest of a male on local charges.

11:03 p.m. – Caller reported that music at a tavern was too loud, but it was within the noise ordinance level and not excessive.

Nov. 5

12:03 a.m. – Caller said his neighbor slashed his tire and his daughter had witnessed it. A criminal mischief citation was issued.

12:23 a.m. – A tree branch was the victim of weather and caused a traffic hazard on Benton St. It was removed by officers.

12:58 a.m. – An alarm at a highway restaurant led to an open door. The building was cleared and secured.

2:20 p.m. – A vehicle was not in compliance with loading zone protocol and officers dealt with it.

6:10 p.m. – Caller said his vehicle was hit on a private lot by another employee’s vehicle. A report was taken.

7:30 p.m. – An intoxicated male who was starting fights and refusing to leave a bar was arrested and transported to Berryville.

8:23 p.m. – Caller from a motel said a male and female were fighting in one of the rooms. Officer made contact with the female, but the male fled.

10:01 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious activity that was tied to an incident that officers had responded to the previous night. Information was taken.

10:06 p.m. – A male was yelling in a motel room. He was arrested on local charges.

11:47 p.m. – Caller from a restaurant reported a Dine and Dash, and gave ESPD a tag number and vehicle description. The vehicle was located downtown, and officer told the customer to go back and pay his meal tab, which he did.

Nov. 6

12:24 a.m. – Caller said he parked his car at a meter and now it’s gone. It was located in another parking lot.

3:40 a.m. – Caller said he kept hearing yelling one street over. Officers drove through multiple times and never heard a male yelling.

10:34 a.m. – Caller claimed a restaurant employee was rude and refusing her service. Complainant left the premises before officers arrived.

11:50 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident report was taken outside a downtown restaurant.

2:27 p.m. – A verbal dispute between two subjects at a trolley stop resulted in negative contact as both parties were gone on arrival.

7:36 p.m. – A report was taken regarding a stolen wallet.

11:14 p.m. – Caller heard a loud bang on her door, but no one was located.

Nov. 7

9:28 a.m. – A report was taken on a vehicle accident at the courthouse.

9:47 a.m. – Officers responded to a welfare check where the man was not responding to phone calls or door knocking. He was found to be asleep.

11:37 a.m. – A female who was screaming at people near city hall was gone on arrival.
