Oct. 24

6:20 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a couple outside a Spring Street business who seemed “off.” Officer talked with them, and they were fine.

Oct. 25

4:10 a.m. – A tree branch on Ellis Grade was in the roadway until an officer removed it and notified Public Works.

9:45 p.m. – A man was arrested on a local warrant.

Oct. 26

8:45 p.m. – A 911 hangup was pursued and the caller was fine.

Oct. 27

3:33 p.m. – A private property accident got a report.

8:32 p.m. – Officer assisted a man who was locked out of his cabin at Lake Leatherwood.

11:15 p.m. – A complaint of loud music at a Singleton St. residence resulted in the volume being turned down.

11:42 p.m. – A woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a routine traffic stop.

Oct. 28

10:46 a.m. – A report was taken after a trolley hit a vehicle at the trolley depot.

11:28 p.m. – A man was arrested on a local warrant.

Oct. 29

7:44 p.m. – A two-vehicle parking lot accident at a lodge got a report.

9:46 p.m. – A female in a motel parking lot was screaming that a male was chasing her. Officers determined that she was very upset, and she told them her dog had run into the woods. The dog was found.

10:16 p.m. – A man was arrested on local charges at a routine traffic stop.

Oct. 30

12:08 a.m. – A female reportedly screaming in a motel parking lot said she and her boyfriend were not fighting and everything was fine.

3:25 a.m. – Caller said an intoxicated driver had stopped right outside city limits. Officers responded and stayed with the driver until CCSO arrived.

8:50 a.m. – Caller from a motel wanted a male removed from the property. He left on arrival.

10:37 a.m. – Officers responded to a motel where an accident had happened overnight.

11:37 a.m. – A Spring St. business caller said a vehicle was in the loading zone with a sign asking for money. Those in the vehicle were asked to leave.

9:58 p.m. – A male was arrested on a local warrant.

Oct. 31

1:24 a.m. – A routine traffic stop resulted in multiple arrests.

7:48 a.m. – A burglary alarm was cancelled by the alarm company before officers arrived.

8:40 a.m. – An unsigned check found in a business parking lot was returned to the issuer.

11:36 a.m. – Officers responded to Cliff St. where a vehicle had four complete flats with no apparent cause.

1:19 p.m. – A drunk male was out of control at a motel. He was calmed down and advised to go to his room and stay there.

1:46 p.m. – The same individual did not stay in his room, caused more trouble, and was arrested.

3:27 p.m. – A delayed report for a Saturday afternoon private property accident was taken.

3:33 p.m. – A mother reported that her juvenile son ran away. Officer went downtown to look for him.

3:35 p.m. – Two drivers reported being reckless and headed to town from the east were not located.

3:56 p.m. – A female went to ESPD to report that her vehicle was stolen. It was found in a parking lot.

4:14 p.m. – Officers were summoned to a highway restaurant regarding a woman refusing to leave after being dissatisfied and refunded for her meal. She was gone on arrival.
