August 15

9:57 p.m. – Manager of a highway business couldn’t get the back door locked, therefore couldn’t leave the building. Officer assisted.

August 17

9:50 a.m. – Caller reported a semi driving into town in a reckless manner, so officers made contact and the driver provided a video from his truck of the car in front of him driving recklessly.

August 18

7:48 a.m. – Officer responded to a welfare check and the woman did not answer the door, but her neighbors said they had seen her and nothing seemed wrong.

10:46 a.m. – An erratic driver pulling a trailer was reported on Main St. The driver said he was having trouble pulling an unfamiliar trailer. Other than that, everything was fine.

5:27 p.m. – A reported erratic driver could not be located.

August 19

8 p.m. – A noise complaint at a bar ended when officers advised them to keep it down.

9:03 p.m. – A traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

August 20

12:58 a.m. – Caller from a highway motel said an intoxicated male was in his office. Officers arrested the man on local charges.

3:34 a.m. – An intoxicated woman was reported in the highway. Officer made contact and gave her a ride to her hotel.

10:44 a.m. – A possibly intoxicated subject was reported on Spring St. Officers made contact and the couple agreed to go back to their room and stay.

2:15 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of an individual making threats. They made contact with the driver who was fine and said he had not said all those things.

6:22 p.m. – When officers responded to a domestic outside a convenience store the subjects were gone.

7:58 p.m. – After responding to a 911 hangup, officers found no signs of distress.

9:41 p.m. – A possibly stolen vehicle was spotted in a motel parking lot, turns out it was not stolen at this time, but it was towed.

August 21

12:12 a.m. – EMS and ESPD were toned out to respond to a woman who had fallen off an embankment downtown.

3:28 a.m. – EMS and ESPD were toned out to a woman who fallen out of bed and hit her head.

5:58 p.m. – A vehicle that was speeding into town was not located.

11:25 p.m. – A man and woman were both arrested at a traffic stop on outstanding warrants

August 22

6:11 p.m. – Caller wanted a loiterer in front of her store to move along and officer assisted with that.

6:19 p.m. – Caller reported an erratic driver who was located but parked, therefore not seen driving recklessly.

11:05 p.m. – A man said he reserved a room at a hotel, the hotel clerk said they didn’t have a room available and that he had been drinking. Officers advised the man that he had several warrants throughout the state but none of them wanted to drive to Eureka Springs to pick him up, so he called a friend to come and get him and there was no arrest.

11:46 p.m. – Officer on patrol noticed a female at a junction who said she had argued with a male. When the male was contacted, they both said it was all verbal and the two agreed to separate for the night.
