ESPD has one white Pitbull with cinnamon color spots wearing only a flea collar. Found near Inn of the Ozarks on Monday morning.
July 19
5:54 a.m. – ADT reported an alarm at a clinic, which was checked and found to be secure.
12:57 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to deal with a deer that had been hit but was alive. They were unable to locate the deer.
6:12 p.m. – Subject claimed another subject stole her cigarettes. Officers made contact.
July 20
1:33 a.m. – Caller said there was banging and requested officers to drive through the area. Officers didn’t find anyone or hear any noises.
11:20 a.m. – Someone reported a dog inside a vehicle in a parking lot, but the vehicle was gone on arrival.
2:50 p.m. – Officers were alerted to a suspicious male walking around a neighborhood. Contact was made with the male.
4:53 p.m. – An officer was dispatched to a motel where the property owner needed a manager escorted off the property.
6:36 p.m. – Officers returned to the motel as the manager wanted to file a report that he hasn’t been getting paid for working. Officers made contact.
9:38 p.m. – Officers returned to the motel a third time due to the manager trashing a room before leaving. A report was taken.
10:10 p.m. – Caller said he heard gunshots near Deer Lane. Officers drove by and talked to a neighbor who heard the same thing, but after patrolling further, no shots were heard.
11:10 p.m. – Caller said a subject outside a vehicle was screaming at someone inside the vehicle parked near the train depot. The vehicle was gone on arrival.
11:28 p.m. – A 911 hangup came in and when officers called the number given, a woman said it was accidental and she did not need police. They responded anyway and found there had been an argument between two subjects who were already separating for the night.
11:28 p.m. – Officers on patrol spotted two people in a vehicle behind a country music show. They said they were listening to music and that was the truth.
July 21
2:16 a.m. – When officers responded to a domestic at a motel the involved party did not want to press charges.
4:06 a.m. – Officer took a theft report from a motel.
8:19 a.m. – Officers heard about a male making rude gestures to a motorist on Planer Hill but did not locate anyone matching his description.
8:28 a.m. – CCSO notified ESPD of a one-vehicle accident. The vehicle was towed but there was no property damage and no report.
July 22
12:19 a.m. – There was a call about a man with a flashlight yelling near Cliff and Mountain. Officers told him to stay at his place of business until someone could pick him up.
5:57 a.m. – A silent alarm at a highway business went off and was then reported as a false alarm. Officers confirmed with employees that everything was fine.
7:03 a.m. – ESPD and EMS responded to a disoriented older female with dementia out in the street with her walker. After some resistance, she was transported to ESH.
10:51 a.m. – A vehicle was parked in a handicapped spot, but it was private property so the owner of the business had it towed.
11:23 a.m. – Officer responded to a business burglar alarm, and all was secure.
3:21 p.m. – The county sheriff’s office requested assistance on a disturbance call.
6:57 p.m. – A local convenience store’s doors were locked and there were people inside. Only one employee was working and the computers had shut down.
8 p.m. – People and a dog were reported living in cars on Center St., but the property owner had given them permission.
8:26 p.m. – Officers performed a welfare check on a female and kids, but were unable to locate anyone.
10:42 p.m. – Officers assisted CCSO at a county domestic call.
July 23
12:35 a.m. – Officers took a report from a male stating that he thinks he was drugged, and his girlfriend possibly assaulted.
2:14 a.m. – Officers were dispatched to the hospital due to a highly intoxicated male who was walking out. He was arrested for public intox.
6:38 p.m. – A man was cursing excessively at Basin Park. When officers contacted him, he said he was just upset.
July 24
12:38 a.m. – Officers responded to a car parked in a driveway with the lights on and still running. They saw a man sleeping in his car, woke him and arrested him for public intoxication.
July 25
12:15 a.m. – A woman was arrested following a traffic stop.
2:15 a.m. – CCSO alerted ESPD to a Chevy flatbed with a possibly intoxicated driver, but neither the vehicle nor the driver could be found.
