June 6

12:05 p.m. – A report of a man trespassing on property resulted in him being removed and criminally trespassed from the property.

6:08 p.m. – A report on a hit & run on N. Main was taken.

6:58 p.m. – The owner of a highway motel said a car and a truck & trailer were parked in front of his building, then the truck & trailer left but the car was still there and not staying at the motel. Officer made contact and deemed it a misunderstanding.

June 7

12:09 a.m. – Caller reported very loud individuals at a motel but when officers checked the area, there was negative contact.

12:34 a.m. – An officer on patrol found a motorcyclist who laid the bike over on Mountain St. No injuries, no damage, no report.

1:22 a.m. – A traffic stop resulted in a woman’s arrest.

10:01 a.m. – Officers went to help a box truck on N. Main that was apparently having mechanical issues. Contact was made and the scene turned over to DOT.

12:30 p.m. – A report was taken after a woman said she was being cursed at in a parking lot.

1:15 p.m. – ACO was dispatched to a downtown hotel to see if there was a dog still in a vehicle.

1:33 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to investigate a woman who possibly needed help. Everything appeared to be OK.

1:50 p.m. – Officers went to an apartment house due to a disturbance. They took a report and arrested one.

8:56 p.m. – A family member said that her relative possibly heard a disturbance upstairs in an apartment building. Contact was made and there was no report.

9:48 p.m. – A suspicious subject was reported in front of a laundromat. Officers contacted and gave him a ride home.

June 8

11:09 a.m. – Caller reported a trash smell and children out in the street on Armstrong. Officer said it appeared there was renovation going on, and no contact was made.

11:12 a.m. – A highway commercial alarm went off for no good reason. It was reset.

4:24 p.m. – An agency needed a welfare check on two people at a residence. They were fine.

8:10 p.m. – A couple were reported for seeming intoxicated in a vehicle that also had a kid. They were given a sobriety test and there was no report.

June 9

7:51 a.m. – A homeless subject sleeping in a parking lot was asked to vacate the premises.

3:38 p.m. – Officers who responded to a domestic disturbance at a highway business determined that everything was OK.

3:55 p.m. – A reported reckless driver was not located.

4:13 p.m. – A broken down semi held up traffic until it got out of the way.

4:57 p.m. – Officers were sent to a female walking up the street because she couldn’t find her vehicle. She was taken back home and everything turned out OK.

5:28 p.m. – An erratic driver on Hwy. 23 was reported but not located.

6:18 p.m. – Contact was made during a welfare check, and all was OK.

6:51 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a missing dog but a woman found the dog before they arrived on scene.

6:54 p.m. – Officers went back to the woman’s neighborhood where she couldn’t find her vehicle because she said she did not feel safe. Contact was made.

9 p.m. – A verbal domestic was handled, and everything was then OK.

June 10

2:54 a.m. – A van reportedly had a door open but was occupied. Occupants were advised to move right along.

8:44 a.m. – A stolen vehicle call was taken, the vehicle was located, and the suspect got permission to use the vehicle.

10:22 a.m. – A red tour bus was reported, stuck behind a N. Main business but was gone on arrival.

11:10 a.m. – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a man who had a warrant.

12:10 p.m. – Two hospital patients got into it but were calm when officers arrived. Both were spoken to about their behavior.

3:50 p.m. – A man was having problems with a parking meter but there was no report because no one could find him.

6:23 p.m. – A dog was reportedly in a car with the windows up but on arrival the windows were down.

9:01 p.m. – A disturbance on Owen St. did not require a report.

June 11

1:49 a.m. – Officers checked a burglary alarm. All doors were locked and secure.

3:04 a.m. – Dispatched again to same location, all was still fine.

6:19 p.m. – A report was taken on a hit-and-run near the library.

10:50 p.m. – A commercial alarm went off, but all checked out safe and sound.

11:17 p.m. – A noise complaint was taken care of when officers asked the offenders to turn the music down.

June 12

5:07 a.m. – Officers were originally dispatched to a male hitting something at a hotel, but when they arrived the incident had turned into a domestic between two males. One was arrested.

7:36 a.m. – A minor private property accident got the appropriate paperwork.

7:54 a.m. – Officers responded to a trespasser call and made contact. The subject was part of the reporting party’s group that they caller just wanted to leave.

6:19 p.m. – A report of a man drinking liquor while in the driver’s side of a vehicle was checked. He wasn’t drinking, everything was fine.

6:52 p.m. – ESPD talked to a downtown bar employee who called and had gone looking for a customer who couldn’t be found.

June 13

3:13 a.m. – A traffic stop turned into an arrest.
