Jan. 18

2:54 p.m. – A subject was spoken to about a civil matter.

2:58 p.m. – A traffic problem on College St. was untangled when officer assisted the driver.

6:19 p.m. – A theft call did not require a report.

6:36 p.m. – Officer assisted CCSO and EMS on a welfare concern. No report was necessary.

8:32 p.m. – A woman at a traffic stop was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Jan. 19

11:15 a.m. – A female walked into ESPD to file a theft report.

12:07 p.m. – A disturbance call at a business required officers to separate involved parties. There was no report.

4:26 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle at the old Exxon was checked out.

5:03 p.m. – Officer spoke with a responsible party regarding a previous incident.

5:15 p.m. – Screaming individuals in a downtown parking lot got a talking to.

5:54 p.m. – An apparently abandoned car on Martz Ln. got a notice placed on the windshield.

7:26 p.m. – Suspicious activity at a highway business was reported but everything seemed to be normal on arrival.

7:32 p.m. – All units were alerted to be on the lookout for a vehicle stolen from Tyson in Berryville.

8:49 p.m. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident on Rockhouse Rd.

Jan. 20

9:30 a.m. – When officer initiated a traffic stop, a male was arrested for driving on a suspended due to DUI, and an outstanding Berryville PD warrant.

1:17 p.m. – When officer noticed a wanted person outside a highway business, she was arrested.

1:20 p.m. – A person possibly burning illegally was spoken with.

2:16 p.m. – A truck and trailer blocking the road near the train station needed some help getting squared away.

Jan. 21

11:49 a.m. – An erratic driver was reported and arrested for driving on a suspended license and no trailer tag.

11:52 a.m. – Caller claimed someone was cutting down a tree without a permit but actually, the trees were being trimmed.

3:38 p.m. – A male was arrested at a follow-up for criminal trespass.

6:08 p.m. – Someone reported a truck pulling a trailer for driving on the opposite side of the road. The driver was stopped and cleared.

6:13 p.m. – An individual walked into ESPD wanting advice on dealing with harassment.

6:47 p.m. – A BOLO from Harrison was cancelled after the person was found.

Jan. 22

1:40 p.m. – A commercial burglary alarm at a highway business was checked and cleared.

4:31 p.m. – Officer responded to a highway business for a civil matter.

6:01 p.m. – Officer responded to a three-vehicle accident on US62W.

8:18 p.m. – A male refused to leave a downtown business but he did.

9:08 p.m. – A male was arrested at a traffic stop on an outstanding warrant.

11:05 p.m. – ESPD and ESFD responded to a grass fire next to a highway motel.

Jan. 23

1:21 a.m. – A male was apprehended at N. Main and Mill Hollow Rd. following a foot pursuit.

3:31 a.m. – Caller reported a possibly drunk driver who was stopped and arrested for DWI.

4:45 a.m. – A highway business burglary alarm was checked out.

7:32 a.m. – Criminal mischief was reported on Prospect but there was no report at this time.

9:15 a.m. – An abandoned vehicle at Armstrong and Judah was towed.

9:35 a.m. – ESPD responded to a trailer park to assist ESFD with a structure fire that was contained.

10:25 a.m. – Officer was disregarded after responding to a civil assist.

3:16 p.m. – A criminal mischief report was taken at the N. Main public restroom.

4:44 p.m. – A welfare check on a female found her to be fine.

9:27 p.m. – Officer went to Bentonville jail to pick up a female held on a failure to appear ESPD warrant.

10:41 p.m. – A vehicle vs. tree report at a motel did not get a report because the owners declined to file one.

10:59 p.m. – Officers responded to a grill that fell off a trailer causing a roadway hazard on US62W.

11:43 p.m. – Officers responded to a downtown hotel for a noise complaint.

Jan. 24

12:23 a.m. – A burglary alarm found the highway building to be secure.

12:24 a.m. – Officers stood by while hotel management moved a guest out of a damaged room.

10:40 a.m. – Multiple callers said an older gentleman on a power chair scooter was traveling south in the northbound lane of Hwy. 23. He said he was looking for his lost dog.

2:04 p.m. – Officers provided traffic assistance on E. Van Buren.

3:44 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Wall St. Officer said all was fine.

7:38 p.m. – Officers were unable to locate a vehicle reportedly guided by an erratic driver.

11:13 p.m. – Everything was found secure after a highway business alarm bellowed.
