11:01 a.m. – Officer responded to the area in back of a shopping strip for a 911 open line from a disconnected cell phone. Unable to locate anyone or any signs of distress.
11:17 a.m. – School resource officer assisted with a home visit.
11:37 – A private property accident did not need a report.
4:27 p.m. – A traffic problem on Thomas Dr. required an officer to advise someone.
5:26 p.m. – A verbal disturbance on Owen was called in but turned out not to be a disturbance.
5:32 p.m. – Suspicious subjects reported being in Basin Park were checked out and found not worthy of suspicion.
8:55 p.m. – A noise complaint was checked on but nothing was heard.
10:44 p.m. – Officers and EMS responded to a male who fell on Fairmont.

4 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle at an E. Van Buren restaurant was checked out.
9:18 a.m. – Power tools were taken from a new construction site and a report was written.
11:24 a.m. – A male said someone had hit his truck while he was parked at the grocery store.
1:53 p.m. – Damage to a guest’s motorcycle in a motel parking lot was reported.
3:56 p.m. – A hit-and-run was reported on First St.
4:04 p.m. – ESFD requested an officer at a restaurant.
7:41 p.m. – A suspicious female walking along the road was reported but not located.
9:01 p.m. – Caller said her friend was having a medical emergency and an officer responded.
9:26 p.m. – An accident was reported on N. Main but the involved party did not want a report.
9:46 p.m. – A suspicious male outside a highway retail business was not located.

5:04 a.m. – Suspicious activity wasn’t.
10:49 a.m. – An accident at Mountain and Center Sts. got a report.
10:58 a.m. – Officer performed a welfare check.
11:28 a.m. – A man turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
11 p.m. – An alarm went off and officer found an open back door but everything else looked fine.

7:58 a.m. – A truck blocking a residential street was moved.
10:23 a.m. – A cleanup crew working at a church parking lot was playing music too loud. They finished up and left.
10:39 a.m. – Caller wanted cops to stifle the motorcycle revving in the courthouse parking lot.
12:29 p.m. – After a store clerk asked a female to leave, the clerk advised ESPD she was worried about the female. Officer contacted her and she was OK.
12:59 p.m. – Caller wanted ESPD assistance with a non-functioning parking meter. Officer offered other options.
4:44 p.m. – A white pickup with a camper was blocking Armstrong until it wasn’t.
9:55 p.m. – Motorcycles. Racking pipes. Loud music. Response.
10:16 p.m. – Suspicious noises were reported on Owen St.

1:27 a.m. – A possibly intoxicated female at a motel got an official response.
10:56 a.m. – Officers were called to US 62 & Hwy. 23 where a female was in the road trying to direct traffic. She was warned and advised to move on.
2:29 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported.
8:27 p.m. – A suspicious female at a lodge was reported and arrested.
Sept. 26
12:01 a.m. – Officers responded to a downtown hotel regarding two males breaking glass bottles out front.
12:59 a.m. – Officer checked a suspicious vehicle on the highway.
1:15 a.m. – Officer responded to a female on Spring St. who was under the influence of an unknown substance. She was taken to the hospital.
1:50 a.m. – A disturbance caused by two males was quelled.
4:34 a.m. – A possibly broken down truck was looked into.
10:58 a.m. – A business was found to be secure after an alarm was reported.
10:58 a.m. – Unsupervised dogs were no longer at the dog park when officer arrived.
12:34 p.m. – A suspicious male was busted for taking gravel and he put it back.
12:47 p.m. – Officers responded to a female welfare concern but they did not locate her.
5 p.m. – Traffic control was needed at US62 and Judah.
8:01 p.m. – Caller wanted officers to check on a family walking downtown.
10:39 p.m. – An issue at a motel between a guest and an owner became a civil matter.
11:22 p.m. – A reckless white Ford Taurus filled with people was reported on US 62 headed east.
Sept. 27
12:03 a.m. – An intoxicated female was arrested at a motel.
12:13 a.m. – When called about an intoxicated female driving in a motel parking lot, officers arrested her for DWI and implied consent.
10:08 a.m. – Criminal mischief to a property was called in, but complainant wanted the incident documented, not reported.
12:41 p.m. – A Nissan Frontier with Oklahoma plates had a dog locked in with windows up. Officers found the dog to be okay, windows were actually cracked and it had water. Owners were notified to check on the animal.
5:23 p.m. – A suspicious male did not require a report.
5:23 p.m. – A deer had to be removed from the highway.
9:24 p.m. – An alarm was checked and all was secure.
