5:22 a.m. – A possible trespasser was reported on Armstrong.
2:26 p.m. – An accident at N. Main and Mountain St. required a report.
6:54 p.m. – An officer responded to a request for assistance at the high school.
8:13 p.m. – A disturbance on Van Buren did not require a report.
January 22
11:37 a.m. –A Pivot Rock Rd. disturbance did get a report.
1 p.m. – Criminal mischief on Elk St. warranted a report.
5:19 p.m. – A woman on Mill Hollow rd. was spoken with regarding a child custody problem but there was no report.
5:19 p.m. – Officer spoke to a male about the child custody problem, no report on him, either.
5:34 p.m. – An alarm at a Huntsville Rd. business was checked out and deemed secure.
January 23
10:05 a.m. – A theft report was taken at ESPD headquarters.
10:30 a.m. – A harassing communications report was taken at ESPD.
6:32 p.m. – Suspicious activity on Mountain St. was checked out.
7:46 p.m. – A suspicious and intoxicated male was reported around Basin Park.
9:05 p.m. – Officer responded to a found property report on Spring St.
10:02 p.m. – A burglar alarm on US 62 was checked out and all was secure.
January 24
12:50 a.m. – A possible trespasser was report on Summit.
1:24 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle at the hospital was scrutinized.
9:47 a.m. – A theft report was required at a downtown hotel.
12:39 p.m. – Someone was reported to be in a vacant building on Center St., but no one was found.
2:39 p.m. – A follow up was tended at a downtown hotel.
3:13 p.m. – Officer helped medical staff at the hospital.
10:07 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at a convenience store.
January 25
2:52 p.m. – A reckless and erratic driver was reported on Mountain St., but not located.
5:25 p.m. – A wallet was found on Spring St. and taken to the PD for safekeeping.
6:53 p.m. – A traffic accident on W. Van Buren got a report.
10:58 p.m. – A woman with an outstanding warrant on failure to appear was arrested after a disturbance call.
11:20 p.m. – A woman turned herself in on a failure to pay warrant.
3:25 p.m. – A woman reported that the bells on her door had been stolen. Officer located the stealer who brought the bells back and apologized.
5:48 a.m. – A burglar alarm was checked and all was just fine.
January 27
6:50 a.m. – An alarm at a highway business screeched until the building was checked and found to be secure.
