November 12

10:41 a.m. – Ex-wife reported receiving an invitation to join an online group from her ex-husband which she claimed was a violation of a protection order.

10:48 a.m. – Individual at the Food Bank said a female became belligerent and threatened to burn down somebody’s house. Constable gathered information for a report.

11:12 a.m. – Residents just south of downtown told ESPD they had helped a homeless person but discovered the person might have stolen money, and they asked that a return to their property by that person to be considered trespassing.

November 13

1:03 a.m. – An interior motion alarm was triggered at a business but the constable found the building secure.

3:42 a.m. – There was a noise complaint in the hills just east of downtown.

8:34 p.m. – Central dispatch alerted ESPD to a female with two small children who was screaming in her apartment. Constables found her speaking incoherently, and EMS transported her to ESH while family took care of the kids.

November 14

8:29 p.m. – Intoxicated person downtown was arrested.

November 15

3:04 a.m. – Constable responded to a burglary alarm set off at a downtown business and found the building secure.

9:48 a.m. – Resident in the north part of town reported a break-in and theft.

5:39 p.m. – Report came in of a car versus deer accident on US 62 toward the eastern edge of town.

November 16

9:18 a.m. – Three large dogs ran among traffic on Hwy. 23 South. Constables collected them and took them to the kennel where their owner later retrieved them.

12:06 p.m. – Observer reported two dogs loose in a motel parking lot. Constable did not encounter them, and one staff suspected they belonged to a guest.

4:28 p.m. – Constable performed a welfare check on a child in the eastern part of the county. The child was actually out of city limits but doing well.

6:10 p.m. – Constable followed up on a report of a reckless driver, initiated a traffic stop and arrested the driver.

6:43 p.m. – Parking issue downtown resolved itself before the constable arrived.

9:18 p.m. – Passerby reported a suspicious vehicle at Magnetic Spring, but it was not there when the constable arrived.

11:12 p.m. – Couple in a domestic dustup decided to split up for the night.

11:26 p.m. – Constable checked a road in the east part of town for possible gunshots or fireworks.

November 17

12:50 a.m. – Constable advised a caller about a civil issue.

3:59 p.m. – Peace was restored when a constable intervened in a disturbance downtown.

5:28 p.m. – Constables went to a location because of possible drug paraphernalia.

11:36 p.m. – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving on a suspended license.

November 18

12:30 a.m. – Guest at a tourist lodging had a noise complaint.

6:37 p.m. – Two dogs, collared and leashed, ran loose near a restaurant. The constable caught one of them, and its owner later came to claim it.

11:40 p.m. – There was a disturbance at an apartment complex.

November 19

6:35 a.m. – Constable watched for a reportedly reckless driver in the west part of town.
