I am reminded once again why people new to Eureka say that it’s a very special place. I once again had a boat motor failure while on the lake recently, and the sun was setting.
Earlier we’d seen Robin and Brian as we were putting in at the marina. After attempts at fishing, and restarting the motor, nothing! Fortunately, my friend, Faith, knows everybody and was able to track down their cell number. Robin and Brian Weinmann took us back to the marina and seemed genuinely happy to.
They’re part of what makes Eureka special.
