Sarah is known for telling boring lies and for being a Trump propagandist. While she has a substantial bank account in her run for governor, most of her money comes from big, outside of the state donors. To date, she hasn’t offered any ideas to mainstream Arkansans or debated her fellow Republican contenders.
In contrast, Dr. Chris Jones (his Ph.D is in Urban Planning) is visiting all 75 Arkansas counties to discuss needs and hopes of citizens throughout the state.
The State Senate race has been enlightening about our Republican candidates. They have publicly verified that Bob Ballinger is a tax scofflaw and Bryan King is too lazy to attend voting sessions.
Our state needs someone who is trustworthy, dedicated, who wants to serve the people of our district. Jim Wallace is that man. As a volunteer firefighter, he puts public service on the front burner of his life. When the call comes, he rises to the occasion and helps his fellow citizens in times of their great distress.
Then there’s that Republican candidate for Carroll County sheriff. He’s accused of terrorist threats, among other things. We have no Democratic candidate for sheriff, so I believe that we need a public forum as a more formal vetting process in light of this criminal scandal.
Our state needs leaders, not liars or cheats or lazy people who want to grift off the system.
Harry Truman famously said, “If you want to live like a Republican, vote for a Democrat.”
