Holy Mackerel! We made it. Last week of 2020 has finally arrived and I dare say good riddance. Excited to finally be free of this less than fantastic year and look to the new one with cautious optimism. For those who forgot to finish their shopping you best hurry, you don’t have a lot of time left. For those of you who did finish, well done! And for those of us who are absolutely bloody sick of holiday music already I highly suggest jazz Christmas music. It fulfills the requirement of holiday music your family is looking for and you avoid the incessant lyrics of the man in the red coat and balls of holly. There are only so many ways you can sing about those things before you want to tear your hair out. Just don’t play The Chipmunks “Christmas Don’t be Late” for your kids. No, I’m not being a Grinch: it really is an annoying song.
