February 12
1:08 p.m. – Motel staff reported an inebriated person in a room he had not paid for. Constables responded and called for EMS who transported the person to ESH.
11:57 p.m. – Something set off the burglary alarm at a business just east of the commercial area, but the constable found nothing amiss.
February 13
4:02 a.m. – A distress alarm was triggered at a different business. Employee told the constable it had given her problems when she entered the building.
10:13 a.m. – There was a landlord and tenant civil issue which prompted a response from constables.
12:23 p.m. – Central dispatch reported a residential alarm in a neighborhood in the south part of town. Constable found nothing awry and the building secure.
4:37 p.m. – Report came in of a reckless driver on Main Street, but constables did not encounter the vehicle.
5:49 p.m. – Constable went to the scene of a hit and run accident just north of downtown to file a report.
February 14
5:49 p.m. – Constable responded to a possible auto burglary on US 62. He determined the vehicle appeared to have been burglarized, but the owner declined to file a report.
6:15 p.m. – Concerned observer reported a possibly intoxicated driver headed east on US 62, but constable did not encounter the vehicle.
February 16
9:12 a.m. – Limo blocked a street near downtown. Constable cited the vehicle for a violation but could not find the driver to get it moved.
12:41 p.m. – Individual spoke with a constable about an earlier domestic disturbance incident.
12:55 p.m. – Constable cited a vehicle parked illegally in a reserved spot and got the owner to move it.
7:47 p.m. – Constable checked on suspicious circumstances in a neighborhood in the south part of town.
February 17
8:13 p.m. – Constables were en route to assist ESFD when the call was canceled.
February 18
10:52 a.m. – Constables assisted EMS with an agency assist in a neighborhood above downtown.
11:53 a.m. – ESH requested constable assistance with a patient.
11:58 a.m. – Staff at a tourist lodging asked for a report on damage to the property by guests, but constable determined no report was needed.
11:59 p.m. – Alarm was triggered at a business on US 62, but constable found everything secure.
February 19
11:23 p.m. – Something set off the same alarm, and again everything was okay.
February 20
9:06 a.m. – Two males were fighting in an apartment complex. Constables arrested one of them for first degree terroristic threatening.
9:32 a.m. – Central dispatch alerted ESPD to a combative individual with suicidal ideations. Constables and EMS responded, and the person refused treatment. Constables took statements from witnesses.
